Membership is free, catch-free, and operates with a number of membership tiers, the benefits of which are outlined below.


All new members of Holiday Help Me join as a Blue Member. You may be new to us, but that doesn't mean that there aren't some great perks for account holders.
As a Blue Member, you will:
» Earn 1 point on every booking you make
» Earn 2 points for every Package Holiday booking (ie. Flight + Hotel)
» Access to exclusive deals from every one of our 60+ travel partners
You choose: receive rewards, or move up?
Once you are earning points, you can make the choice between spending your points on some great travel rewards (perhaps you wish to boost the mileage on your Frequent Flyer account of your favourite airline, or maybe park your car for free at the airport next time you go on holiday, or maybe a free mini-break to Amsterdam?) and keeping your points, but being promoted to our Silver Membership, which has more perks, allows you to earn more points, and is ultimately more rewarding.

Blue Members who have earned 50 or more points become eligible for Silver Membership, should they wish it. Silver Membership offers many advantages over Blue, including greater flexibility over earning and spending points, as well as exclusive discounts and offers which are unavailable to Blue Members.
As a Silver Member, you will:
» Earn 2 points on every booking you make (100% increase over Blue)
» Earn 5 points on every Package Holiday booking (150% increase over Blue)
» Exclusive deals and discounts saved just for our Silver Members
» A greater array of rewards designed to further enhance your travel experiences
To remain a Silver Member, you must ensure that your points balance does not drop below 40 points. If your account balance drops below this, it will be reverted back to a Blue Membership. As soon as an account becomes a Silver Memeber, it becomes eligible - at any time - to be invited to Platinum status. Platinum Memebership is our most exclusive and prestigious member tier, and is reachable via invitation only.

Platinum Membership us our most prestigious level, and is reserved only for a number of clients or businesses who book frequently with Holiday Help Me. It is a class joinable only via invitation, and is designed to help maximise your return on all your travel needs.
As a Platinum Member, you will:
» Earn 2 points on every booking you make (100% increase over Blue)
» Earn 5 points on every Package Holiday booking (150% increase over Blue)
» 2 complimentary Executive Lounge passes for use at Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester upon joining

Silver Members who frequently use Holiday Help Me may, at our discretion, be invited to Platinum Membership. This membership tier allows us to interact with our members much more closely, whilst also allowing the member access to many benefits unavailable to Silver members.
